BELIEF #2
Efficiency is key to making the most out of the finite amount of Time and Energy we have in this world.Â
BELIEF #3
Quality pushes us to do better and continually improve. It's one of the key elements that differentiate us from anyone else.
I'M ANNALISA
I stepped into aviation at the age of 14 and fell in love with it. I decided to study aviation by attending “Arturo Ferrarin Aviation Institute” in Gallarate, Italy,  where I also got my Private Pilot License. I then proceeded my studies at Politecnico of Milano where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering specialized in Maintenance and Management.
I’ve worked in different environments, including Flight Schools, Commercial Air Carriers, Manufacturers, and Airworthiness Management Organizations. My experience spans from Aircraft and Airworthiness Management, Engineering, delivery and re-delivery projects to Teaching and Aircraft Brokerage.Â
As CAMO Post Holder of Cayman Aviation Consulting,      I further expanded my knowledge by working with all kinds of different clients from all over the world, helping them manage their aircraft under different Civil Aviation Authorities. This has exposed me to different regulations such as EASA, FAA, Transport Canada and San Marino Civil Aviation Regulations, and the UK Overseas Territories Requirements. I’ve worked with all kinds of different aircraft, fixed and rotary wing, commercially and privately operated, from Airbus A330, Boeing B747, B767 to various business jets and helicopters like Citation X, Bell-429, AW-139 and EC-130.
Today, with C.A.C. Global Solutions, in addition to Aircraft Management Services, I provide Training Courses and Workshops in Aircraft Management, to share what I’ve experienced and learned from the wonderful professionals that I had the opportunity to work with.
I’m also passionate about self-development and self-growth. I can’t stop reading, researching, taking courses, and implementing methods and systems to be a better person and professional. I strongly believe that to be the best version of yourself and to wire yourself for success you need to do a “root-cause” analysis of your behaviors and that examining, understanding, and analyzing them allows you to find solutions to achieve the quality of life and work that you’ve always wanted.
With C.A.C. Global Solutions’ Training Courses I want to bring these self-development concepts, methods and techniques in the Aviation world to improve processes, work environments and, most importantly, people’s lives.
Aviation is special and so are its people. They need special attention and techniques that can allow them to be the best version of themselves and to aim to higher and higher standards through easy and efficient ways of working.
At the end, it’s all about people.
I'M BRET
I'm a a seasoned Canadian aviation professional, holding a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technologies, a Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence, FAA Mechanic’s Certificate in the Airframe and Powerplant categories, and a University degree in Business Management. Enticed by my early start in a corporate aviation department, I've always strived to broaden my horizons by pursuing knowledge and experience in different areas of Civil Aviation.
I've unearthed an abundance of real-life industry experience in maintaining and managing numerous aircraft of various types and holding different posts in private, corporate, and commercial aviation environments before my latest adventure, in Aviation Regulation. Always having a need to see things done right, and to help people understand the challenges before them, I established a fair-sized clientele for my thriving Canadian aviation consulting business. I've helped people assess aircraft, develop manuals, structure and assess organizations, obtain regulatory approvals, and even helped out those that found themselves on the wrong side of the Regulator.
About midway through my career, I was pulled into the realm of Regulatory Authorities. This journey began with Transport Canada’s Minister’s Delegation – Maintenance, which over time morphed into being a full-fledged Civil Aviation Safety Inspector with Transport Canada.
Meanwhile, always in pursuit of expansion and knowledge, in a whirl-wind, I found myself with another aviation Regulatory body; the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands. Today, again finding my way home, I'm a Director of my own consulting business; helping others, globally, wherever possible and sharing knowledge and experiences along the way.
